These terms apply whenever you visit pebblemoor.com or order a bath mat from us. Please give them a read before you buy; placing an order means you accept them.

Who runs Pebblemoor

Pebblemoor is an online bath mat shop operated by CHUN TAT TRADING DEVELOPMENT LIMITED (referred to here as "Pebblemoor", "we", "us" or "our"). Our registered company address is:

Who may shop here

You need to be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you are younger, a parent or guardian should order for you. By checking out you confirm that the details you give us are accurate and that you are allowed to use the payment method you choose.

Your account

An account is optional; guest checkout works just as well. If you do register, keep your login details private and let us know promptly if you think someone else has used them. We may close accounts that are used for fraud or that break these terms.

About our bath mats

Every design is printed on the same mat: a soft microfiber top, about 24 x 17 inches (61 x 43 cm), with a non-slip backing. Sizes are approximate and can vary slightly from mat to mat. We photograph each print carefully, but screens show colour differently, so the shade you receive may look a little lighter, deeper or warmer than it did on your display. That kind of small variation is not treated as a fault.

Our non-slip backing is designed to grip clean, dry, smooth floors. It is a comfort product, not a safety device, so please take normal care on wet bathroom floors.

Prices

Prices are listed in US dollars. A single mat is $54.99. Shipping is added at checkout: a $7.99 flat rate, or free when your order reaches $100. Any import duties or local taxes charged by the destination country are paid by the recipient. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the one you pay.

Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation email, not before. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was shown incorrectly by mistake, or a payment looks suspicious. If that happens after you have paid, we refund you in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure checkout and its payment partners. We never see or keep your full card number. You agree to pay the total shown at checkout, including shipping.

Delivery and risk

We aim to dispatch within 1-3 business days, and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy. Estimates are not guarantees. Ownership of the mat and responsibility for it pass to you once it is delivered to the address you gave us.

Returns

You may return a mat within 30 days of delivery, for any reason, as described in our Return & Refund Policy. That policy forms part of these terms.

Our designs, words and name

The prints, photographs, text, graphics and layout on this site belong to CHUN TAT TRADING DEVELOPMENT LIMITED or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You are welcome to share links and photos of your own mat at home, but you may not copy, sell or reproduce our designs or content for commercial use without our written permission.

Pebblemoor is a trademark owned and operated by CHUN TAT TRADING DEVELOPMENT LIMITED. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use the Pebblemoor name or logo.

Using the site fairly

Please don't use the site to break the law, to send spam or harmful code, to scrape content in bulk, to interfere with how the site runs, or to impersonate anyone. We may suspend access for anyone who does.

Links to other websites

Some pages link to outside services, such as payment providers or carrier tracking. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

We work to keep the site accurate and running smoothly, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will always be free of errors or interruptions. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Limit on our liability

To the fullest extent the law permits, Pebblemoor is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Indemnity

If you break these terms or misuse the site, you agree to cover any reasonable losses, claims or costs, including legal fees, that we incur as a result.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protections given to you by the law of the country where you live.

Updates to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies to new orders.

Severability and entire agreement

If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the remaining parts still apply. These terms, together with the policies they mention, are the full agreement between you and us about your purchase.
