Return & Refund Policy

Bathrooms are personal, and sometimes a print looks different once it is on your own floor. That's fine. You have 30 days to send a mat back.

How to start a return

1. Email info@pebblemoor.com with your order number and the mat you'd like to return. Please do this before sending anything.
2. We'll reply with confirmation and the return address.
3. Pack the mat, ideally rolled or folded in its original bag, and send it to our registered company address.
4. Reply to our email with the tracking number once it's on its way.

All returns are sent to our registered company address:

Please don't post a return without emailing us first, so we can match your parcel to your order.

Condition

For a full refund, the mat should be unused and unwashed, with any tags still attached. We understand you may lay it down once to see how it looks; just keep it clean and dry.

Your refund

We process your refund promptly once your return has shipped and you've sent us the tracking details. It goes back to your original payment method. Banks usually take a few business days to show it. Original shipping charges and return postage are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.

Damaged, faulty or not what you ordered

If your mat arrives damaged, has a printing or backing fault, or isn't the design you ordered, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We'll put it right at no cost to you, with a replacement or a full refund including shipping, whichever you prefer.

Exchanges

The quickest way to swap a design is to return the first mat for a refund and place a new order for the one you'd like.
